Abdul Aziz Baba is a dedicated and results-driven operations professional with extensive experience in operations management, logistics, team leadership, and organizational efficiency. With a strong background in managing people, processes, and operational systems, he brings a structured and results-oriented approach to leadership at RAHA Security.
Before taking on his leadership role at RAHA Security, Abdul Aziz served as an Operations Manager at Raha Logistics Company Limited, where he oversaw daily operations, inventory control, performance improvement, staff coordination, safety, and compliance. His experience also includes several years as a Warehouse Supervisor at Nassah Logistics Company Limited, where he supervised teams, coordinated deliveries and dispatch, implemented inventory management strategies, and ensured adherence to operational and safety standards.
His professional experience has developed strong capabilities in risk awareness, operational planning, team coordination, performance management, compliance, and problem-solving—skills that are highly relevant to the delivery of dependable security services. His track record includes improving operational efficiency, strengthening inventory control, reducing operational costs, and implementing process improvements.
Abdul holds a Master’s degree in Strategic Management from Datalink University College, alongside an Advanced Diploma in Logistics and Transport and an Advanced Diploma in System Engineering.
